Using Question Cards
Question Cards gives you conversation prompts to play with partners, friends, family, and groups. Use it for your own conversations. Do not try to disrupt the service or copy the question catalog in bulk.
Content and your responsibility
Questions are for entertainment and conversation. They are not professional advice. Be respectful of the people you play with. You choose which prompts to use and who to ask, and you are responsible for how you use them. Some packs are adult-oriented and intended for people 18 and over.
Purchases
Purchases in the iOS app are handled by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Purchases on questioncards.app are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. For help with a purchase, email [email protected].
Intellectual property
Question Cards, including its questions, name, design, and artwork, belongs to Otter Media. These terms do not give you the right to copy, sell, or republish it, beyond sharing questions the way the app and site let you.
No warranties
Question Cards is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We may change, pause, or remove parts of Question Cards at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using Question Cards after a change, the updated terms apply.
